[And soon he's dressed and ready to go, bounding down the stairs towards where he hopes Matthew is.]

[He's sitting in the nearby room, seemingly engrossed in a book. Hearing him come down the stairs (probably like a herd of elephants), he set the book down and walked into the landing.]

Are you clean?

I told you I was going to take a shower -- of course I'm clean.

[And then he leans against the banister and shoves his hands into his pockets.]

Now what's this proposal you were talking about?

Just making sure you actually went through with it instead of just laying around in bed for as long as possible.

[Crossing his arms over his chest, he sort of smirks at him.] I don't know if I should tell you know.

I can't believe you're going to withhold precious information from me like that.

[And then he stands, as if ready to pounce.]

Do I need to draw it out of you?

Don't you even try.

[Slowly backing away, he started looking defensive.]

How responsible are you and are you capable of having an attention span that lasts longer than a few days.

[Taking a step forward.]

[He'll just be... working on walking backwards.]

[He's walking quicker now. ...and tripping over his own two feet. He's pretty talented, really.]

[And then, opening! Tackling Matthew now and... tickling him. Horrible horrible tickle fight, ensue!]

Just-- tell me what you want.

[There was a rather unmanly shriek as he, yeah, he giggled. Squirming, he managed to tickle him back while simultaneously trying to break free.]

Stop tickling me and I will! [He managed to speak between fits of laughter.]

[Asjdkkdsh Tickled, tickled! He bites his lip as he tries to keep from laughing but oh god tickles, collapsing to the side, he howls.]

Okay okay, uncle, dude! Uncle!

[Rolling onto his back, he laughed softly as he caught his breath.]

Okay. Alfred. You know that I love you, right? So that's why I'm asking. I want...

...I want to move somewhere else, eh? Smaller. Cozier. Where I don't feel so disconnected. I want to have three cats and a bear, too. Maybe some fish but that might be asking for trouble with the cats. I've also been tossing around the idea of inquiring about some store space in the plaza and opening something like a corner cafe or something because I'm just so... I feel so bored and listless and unproductive and useless. And I wanted to ask if you wanted any part of it.

[...he just totally babbled and might have forgotten to breathe between rambling all of that.]
