[video] 1st grievance.  
[Highly unamused and definately more than just a tiny bit wet, there was a rather unhappy Canadian sitting on the edge of a fountain in the Plaza. Admittedly, he had nearly knocked his SFC into the fountain, but after fumbling for a few moments he had recovered and managed to activate it.]

S- so. This is a bit s- strange, I do have to admit... and I hate to be imposing, but can someone please tell me what's going on?

It was a purposeful neglect, I'm afraid. I can't properly answer 'how' if I do not know but a reassurance is at least an acknowledgement that the matter isn't being tossed aside.
